Through family counselling you will have the opportunity to build better communication between family members and learn how to respect each person’s individuality.

  • Group Counselling

    Group counselling are therapeutic groups set up with the intention of focussing on areas of growth in a group setting. It would be an opportunity to learn new skills of how to manage a difficult area of your life. Being surrounded by others who are struggling with the same issue can be empowering. It is an opportunity to recognize that you are not alone in the struggle. It is a time for support as you learn from others in addition to therapeutic strategies. Some topics might include managing anxiety, coping with depression, parenting issues, how to manage grief and loss, dealing with PTSD, anger management, self-harm among other topics.
